Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date
- You contact us at support@atscheckpro.com with your payment ID
- Your payment was successfully processed through Razorpay
We do not require you to justify or explain your refund request. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
- Inability to use the Service due to issues with your own device or internet connection
- Dissatisfaction with job application outcomes (we optimize resumes, not hiring decisions)
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
- License keys that have been shared with or used by third parties
Refund Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours of your email
- Refund initiation: Within 1–2 business days
- Credit to your account: 3–5 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer)
- UPI refunds (India): Typically within 24–48 hours
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, UPI ID, or bank account.
Duplicate Payments
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, email us immediately at support@atscheckpro.com with both payment IDs. We will refund the duplicate charge within 24 hours.
Failed Payments
If your payment failed but was still deducted from your account, email us with your payment details. This is rare but can happen due to network issues. We will investigate and resolve within 2 business days.
