- Professional PDF downloads (paid feature)
3. Payments and License
One-time payment, lifetime access
ATSCheckPro operates on a one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. Upon successful payment, you receive a lifetime license key granting permanent access to all paid features.

License key
Your license key is personal and non-transferable. It is emailed to you immediately after payment. Keep it safe — it is your permanent proof of purchase. We are not responsible for loss of license keys due to lost email access.

4. Your Data and Privacy

- All resume data is processed in real-time and automatically deleted within 48 hours
- We never sell, rent, or share your personal data

You must not:
- Use the Service to generate false or fraudulent resume content
- Share, resell, or distribute your license key to others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
- Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
⚠️ AI outputs should always be reviewed, verified, and edited by you before use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate or suitable for any specific application. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume.
ATSCheckPro does not guarantee job interviews, employment outcomes, or specific ATS score results. Results vary based on individual resumes, job descriptions, and employer systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The ATSCheckPro platform, design, code, and branding are owned by ATSCheckPro. You retain full ownership of your resume content and uploaded materials. Generated outputs (optimized resume, cover letter, report) are yours to use freely for personal job applications.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATSCheckPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of employment opportunities or errors in AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep ATSCheckPro available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
